Micro weld head 5H 10H
The ideal tool for work under tight spaces such as the semiconductor industry, aerospace, pharmaceutical industry as well as the ultra pure water supply sectors. It is designed for fusion butt welding up to 1/8” (3.175 mm) OD tubing, mini-fittings, and valve bodies with extremely tight radial clearance limitations.
Ø Available for outside diameters ranging from 1/8 to 5/8 inch （3.175 - 15.88 mm）--5H, 1/4 to 1.0inch（6.35-25.4mm）--10H
Ø Durable clamping connections in combination with clamping inserts available for all tube dimensions guarantee that the parts to be welded are clamped securely without misalignment
Ø Design offers improved productivity from the ability to setup one fixture while welding with another fixture.
Ø Modular design provides multiple fixture combinations.
